The purpose of Life Connection, also known as Sunday School, is to draw students into a deeper understanding of the Scriptures and how they apply to their daily lives. Classes are divided by grade and gender, and each class is led by three adults.
Junior High LIFE Connection -- 9:30-10:45am
High School LIFE Connection -- 11am-12:15pm
The curriculum used during our LIFE Connection classes is produced by Student Life and is formatted on a six-year plan. The goal of the curriculum is to build a foundation of Biblical understanding during the first three years and then build upon that foundation to give students a deeper realization of how the Scriptures apply to and change our lives.
Our desire is that through LIFE Connection classes, students will connect with one another, develop a desire to know more of the Scriptures and become passionate followers of Christ.

7th Grade: CHRIST
Jesus is the central focus and figure of the Bible. The Bible predicts His coming thousands of years before His birth, tells of His life and ministry, recounts His death, details His burial, announces His triumphant resurrection, and shows the remarkable changes in the lives of His followers. Knowing Jesus is the beginning and the end of the Christian faith. Through this year-long study, students will come face to face with Jesus Christ, the son of God.

8th Grade: CHARACTER
The Old Testament is full of amazing stories about remarkable people. From the very beginning, God has been at work in people's lives, whether kings, prophets, judges or ordinary individuals. By looking at how God worked in their lives, we see God's character, His love and provision, His judgement and discipline, and His redemptive plan for humanity. Through this year-long study, students will be challenged to see how an encounter with God will change their lives forever.

9th Grade: COMMUNITY
Using the book of Acts as its backbone, Community covers many moments in the life of the New Testament Church -- its miraculous inception at Pentecost and its spread throughout the world. Not only will students learn the history of the New Testament Church; they will also learn their roles as members of the modern-day Church.

10th Grade: REVERB
Reverb focuses on the mission of God in the world. God has a mission for all mankind and for each person. This study educates students about God's overarching plan as well as His inidivudal plan for each person to impact the world around Him. Through this year-long study, students will learn that with God's motivating love and His call on our lives, we are meant to impact those around us.

11th Grade: LINKED
Christians were never meant to live our their faith alone. In this study, students learn practical application for living in relationship with God and other people through such topics as worship, justice, grace and the future.

12th Grade: PRIME
As we grow, our lives become increasingly full of options and distractions, but life is in balance when God is placed first. This study challenges your students to focus on their personal relationship with God through practical applications and prepares them for life after youth group.
