FBCH “SHIELD A BADGE” PRAYER PARTNERSHIP
The Mission:
To involve church members in a commitment to pray daily for our public servants, i.e. the police officers and firefighters in our community.
The Guidelines:
- This is a one-year commitment for the Prayer Partner to pray daily for the safety and wellbeing of their assigned public servant and his or her family.
- Each Prayer Partner will be given the first initial, last name and job title of the person they are to pray for.
- We have established a “no personal contact” policy for this partnership for the protection of both parties. Seasonal cards or notes are encouraged and should be sent through Kimberly Wirt in the church office. Gifts of any kind are discouraged.
- If for some reason you cannot fulfill your prayer commitment, please contact Kimberly Wirt in the church office.
- Please keep your motives pure in this endeavor...nothing should be solicited or expected in return for your prayers and ministry to your assigned public servant.
