ORDINATION OPEN FORUM The church is invited to participate in an open forum on 5/18, as we discuss First Hurst's ordination philosophy and practices. A team of former deacon chairmen will present their findings on the subject, with a heavy emphasis on relevant Biblical teachings. The congregation will have an opportunity to respond and discuss the topic. |

WEST AFRICA MISSION Another mission team will minister along the Mehanna Road in Niger, West Africa in mid-June. This team's goals will include both evangelistic and medical efforts among the Songhai people. MISSION MEXICO A new Mexico missions partnership for First Hurst begins this summer with another trip to the Piedras Negras area.
